What new members always ask

Is it too intense for me?+

No. Every movement is scaled to your current level by the coach. You start at your own pace, with the load that works for you — often just bodyweight or a PVC pipe. You control the intensity.

I'm really out of shape. Will it show?+

Everyone starts somewhere. Many of our most active members started with zero base. The coach is there to support you, not to judge — and the rest of the class has been right where you are.

I don't know any of the movements, it's awkward.+

That's exactly why the class is coached. The coach teaches every movement from scratch before you ever touch a loaded bar. No technical prerequisites.

What if I get hurt?+

Technique always comes before load. The coach corrects you in real time. That's exactly what makes coached training safer than a traditional gym with no supervision.
